Where is my order?
After dispatch, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 working days. Free shipping on orders over €50.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible after placing your order. Once the item is in production, modifications are no longer possible.

What is your return policy?
As our items are embroidered to order, they are produced specifically for you. We consider each return request on a case-by-case basis. Contact us describing your situation and we will find a solution.

Do you offer personalisation?
Yes! We can create personalised embroideries for bulk orders (car clubs, associations, events). Contact us with your project.
